The EXAELIA Partnership: Spotlight on L-up

So far, we’ve introduced highly technical EXAELIA partners with deep aviation expertise

Now, meet a transversal actor: L-up, a french consultancy company based in Paris and Lyon specialised in national and European R&D funding programmes. L-up helps steer project development and coordinate actions across the consortium. It is also one of 4 SMEs we have in our consortium !

A few facts:

• Since 2001, L-up has supported more than 250 research programmes “from idea to project” in a wide range of domains across industry and research – primarily transport and space, defence, ICT, energy, materials, health, biotechnology, and circular economy.
• L-up brings a multidisciplinary team of 8 senior consultants with scientific and #business backgrounds and long-standing experience in #innovation project management and promotion.
• Its track record in European research programmes includes #collaborations with internationally recognised research institutions, large industrial companies, and innovative SMEs

Within EXAELIA, L-up contributes on two fronts: acting as Project Management Officer (PMO) and leading communication activities, monitoring of exploitation activities under the supervision of the Project Coordinator (NLR – Netherlands Aerospace Centre), and in close collaboration with the Dissemination Manager (EASN Technology Innovation Services). Day to day, the L-up team works closely with all stakeholders : Work Package leaders, researchers, administrative and financial officers, and members of the Advirosy Board.
